N Real Estate Solutions Company Limited started its sales brokerage business following the easing of restrictions on foreign real estate ownership after the Housing Law was revised on July 1, 2015. Leveraging our practical experience in leasing brokerage in Ho Chi Minh City since 2011, we introduce properties for sale according to the purchase purpose (residential or investment).

We mainly handle condominiums, but we also handle whole-building properties such as development land, office buildings, hotels, and serviced apartments. Amid a transaction system that remains unclear in many respects, we provide services based on a solid track record and practical experience.
