Sauna room opens for the Man’s side 4 times a week, while 3 times a week for Woman’s side.

The lobby door is opened by using fingerprint.
Some apartments have the curfew or you may ask the security to open the door; however, at Green House, you can come home at late time by using fingerprint.

FURNITURE

Small, suitable room with reasonable price.
Other apartments are without washing machine in room, but not with Green House. That is very convenient for customers who like wash their clothes by themselves.

SERVICE

Includes Tax, management fee, water, internet, facility, water dispenser and bottles of water, room cleaning, linen changing, and laundry service.
Electricity fee can be added on by increasing rental fee.
