CITY GARDEN – NOTICE OF VACCINATION AGAINST COVID-19 FOR RESIDENTS
According to the latest information from a representative of the People’s Committee of Ward 21, Binh Thanh District regarding updating Residents that have not yet received a first dose of Covid-19 vaccine, Management Office (MO) would like update Residents accordingly:
| Eligibility: | Resident aged from 18 to 60, not yet vaccinated. | Resident over the age of 60 not yet vaccinated. |
| Expected Vaccine: | Vero Cell Sinopharm. | AstraZeneca. |
Residents that agree to be vaccinated, kindly confirm your registration with Management Office before 2:00 PM August 31st, 2021. See the below registration guidelines:
- Apartment number.
- List of Residents register for vaccination.
- Send via email: citygarden-csm@savills.com.vn
Vaccination schedule and location:
Management Office will provide the vaccination schedule and location when there is official information from People’s Committee of Ward 21.
NOTES:
- Vaccination is on an individual voluntary basis, Residents who do not register this time kindly wait for further notice.
- Vaccinated Residents kindly ignore this notice.
