NOTICE – CITY GARDEN – COVID-19 TEST FOR CITY GARDEN RESIDENTS

According to the latest announcement from Peoples Committee of Ward 21, the Peoples Committee will organize a Covid-19 test for all Residents living at City Garden according to the information below:

Test target: One person per apartment is expected to be tested.

Expected test type: Test of group 10 people.

Kindly refer to test schedule as detailed below:

	Cresent (C)
NOTE: Test time subject to change. MO will contact each apartment directly to conduct the test at each floor. Each apartment assign one (01) Representative to conduct the test at floor corridor, other members kindly stay in apartment.

MO cannot stress enough, the responsibility of each Resident to ensure the safety of the community and prevent the spread of Covid-19. In order to follow the social distancing and safety policy, kindly follow below instructions:

The Management Board in coordination with the Ward People’s Committee, will announce via loudspeaker or by direct instructions to each apartment in each tower when it is time for testing. Residents should please refrain from attending the testing areas until you called.
Kindly form a queue in an orderly manner and ensure social distancing rules whilst waiting at the test location.
Kindly bring your personal ID (Passport, ID card), wear a face mask and follow instructions from the medical staff, and maintain social distancing.
In addition, for apartments that do not cooperate with local authorities in participating in the community testing, the Ward People’s Committee will consider not prioritizing to arrange vaccination schedule (including 2nd dose of vaccination).
