North-facing river-view 2-bedroom with a large sofa in Tower 4
A north-facing river-view two-bedroom in Tower 4 whose open view keeps it from feeling dark.
A north-facing room in Tower 4 of Masteri Thao Dien, with a good view. In Ho Chi Minh City, where it is always summer, many people prefer north-facing rooms to south-facing ones, which get strong sunlight and tend to become hot. A north-facing room is generally thought to be dark in Japan, but the open view from the window means this room does not feel dark. The furniture is in low-toned colours, giving a calm interior in which to relax, and the built-in appliances are a microwave, oven, lighting, air conditioner, refrigerator, washing machine and TV. The breezy balcony looks over the Saigon River and the upscale residential area. Thao Dien is a quiet area that lets you forget the bustle of Ho Chi Minh City, recommended for anyone who wants to keep work and home apart; there are many international kindergartens and schools nearby and a Japanese kindergarten in the same area, so it is popular with families with small children. The grounds have a shopping mall (Vincom MEGA Mall), Ministop, a Korean mini supermarket, a supermarket (Vinmart), many fast-food and other restaurants and shops such as H and M, so it is easy to live in for families and single people alike. The grounds are large, so the distance to the convenience store and to the Japanese school bus stop differs by tower; two tennis courts can be used free of charge by reservation, and each tower has a gym and pool that are free to use.
