The bathroom has a bathtub, and a washing machine can be added, though it makes the washroom a little cramped. The photos show a room on the 5th floor, and the view is poorer on the lower floors. The rent includes VAT, electricity, water, internet, Vietnamese TV, room cleaning and laundry service. The building has an elevator and motorbike parking.
