ANNOUCEMENT – MASTERI THAO DIEN – COLLECT COVID-19 SAMPLE FOR ALL RESIDENTS OF FIVE TOWERS

On September 01, 2021, Masteri Thao Dien Management Office (“MO”) received information from the Representative of the Thao Dien Ward People’s Committee about sampling test screening for all Residents of five Towers. Accordingly, MO would like to inform about the sampling plan as follows:

• Date: September 04, 2021

• Time: Morning: 08:30 AM – 11:00 AM; Afternoon: 02:00 PM – 04:00 PM

METHODS

• Five Medical teams divides into ten group that will come to each floor of two Block of five Towers to collect sample at the same time. This time is the three pooled sampling quick test
• MO staffs will announce by public speaker in advance for your preparation. Residents please just go out of apartment when hearing the door knocking
• MO staffs and the Medical Team are fully equipped with protective clothes, anti-drop glasses, gloves, and sanitizer during the sampling.

This is a screening sampling session to separate suspected cases from the community, providing a safe environment for all people in Ho Chi Minh City in accordance with the Government’s policy. Therefore, participating to the sampling is obligatory, Residents are kindly required to fully join in.

Security team will send directly the form to your apartment via the bottom door gap before September 03, 2021. Please fill in the form in advance to ensure the sampling quick and smooth.

Moreover, the Ward People’s Committee will also carry out taking sample for all employees of five Towers (MO staffs, cleaners, security guards, landscaping staffs, parking staffs) on September 04, 2021.
