OPENING NEW BRANCH IN BINH DUONG NEW CITY IN FEBRUARY 2020!

Our company will open a new branch in Binh Duong City, Vietnam in February 2020. We are the first Japanese Real Estate Brokerage Company invest in Binh Duong.

◇ REASONS FOR ESTABLISHING “BINH DUONG BRANCH”

Binh Duong is one of the provinces of an important economic region in the south of Vietnam, adjacent to the north of Ho Chi Minh City, one of the largest cities in Vietnam.

In February 2014, Binh Duong Province has moved its administrative center from Thu Dau Mot City to Binh Duong New City. Binh Duong Province is expected to become a city directly under the Central Government (*) in 2020.

In recent years, Binh Duong Province has been developing into one of the most convenient areas across the country. It is also seen as the province with the best economic environment in Vietnam, Foreign companies, including Japanese companies, are constantly investing in this area.

Since established in Ho Chi Minh City in 2011, N-Asset Vietnam focuses on real estate leasing brokerage, real estate brokerage and management for customers who are Japanese individuals and organizations.

New branch was established in Binh Duong province – Binh Duong New City to provide services aimed at Foreign customers (Japan, Taiwan, South Korea…), foreign affiliate companies, foreign investors, v.v… We will promote “Real estate skills” that we have achieved for over 8 years in Vietnam, provide “real estate brokerage and management” service, we are “Trusted Real Estate Partner in Vietnam” for customers,
